Auerfarm is excited to present the third installment of its Adult Education Series featuring Terry Walters, a well-known cookbook author from Avon, CT. The upcoming cooking class held on February 27th at 6:30 PM, will delve into essential topics such as fermentation, clean eating, and gut health, aligning seamlessly with Auerfarm’s dedication to holistic education and sustainable living.
