The Classroom
Step into what used to be a dairy barn! What once held over 60 purebred Guernsey cows was transformed into 2 large classrooms, a lobby, a restroom area, and office space to bring more agriculture education to the Greater Hartford Community.
When not used for educational field trips, Auerfarm offers the space for families to hold birthday parties and create lasting memories while learning on the farm.
The classroom rental includes access to ONE of two identical classrooms and the restrooms in the lobby.

Both classrooms are identical as they mirror each other. This is a short list of amenities available for BOTH classrooms.

A sink is located inside the classroom for easy handwashing and bathrooms are located through the double doors to the left.

You may also access the main bathrooms in the lobby by crossing through classroom 1 via the divider wall.

The 4-H Education Center at Auerfarm will host a week-long day camp program for Connecticut youth aged 5-12 years old during Spring vacation. The camp will run from April 14, 2025 - April 18, 2025, on the 120-acre farm located at 158 Auer Farm Rd, Bloomfield, CT 06002.
