For years Auerfarm has offered youth field trips, camps, and birthday parties along with family programs. Now we are excited to welcome adults to the farm for classes geared towards adults with an interest in nature, arts, and education. By seamlessly integrating elements of nature, agriculture, arts, and education, our goal is to establish a platform for personal growth and community engagement.

Sourdough Bread Making

A hands-on workshop where you’ll learn everything from maintaining a starter to making dough and baking perfect loaves. Take this workshop in person and learn all the tools and skills you’ll need to start your own artisan bread-making practice. Participants will bring a large glass bowl to work in and will receive everything else needed in class, including starter and flour to make two loaves.

This hands-on workshop invites participants to explore the creative process of transforming wool into beautiful felted creations.
