Indoor & Container Growing

Have no fear, and join us for our Indoor & Container Growing hands-on workshop at Auerfarm, taught by the farmers of Samad Gardens Initiative! This workshop is for indoor growers in an urban or suburban environment, as well as outdoor gardeners growing in containers.
We will cover:
– Indoor seed starting setups and techniques
– Container sizes and types appropriate for growing a variety of vegetables and plants
– Repurposing materials into grow containers
– Watering techniques & water management indoors
– Plant needs and plant maintenance indoors
– How to balance natural light & grow lights to meet your plants’ needs
– Valuable & low cost garden amendments for use indoors
– & much more!
