Save the Date for Auerfarm’s Annual Blueberry Jam Free-Event on Saturday, July 23, from 1:00PM -4:00PM!
The Auerfarm Blueberry Jam is a free farm-based annual event and will be held at the pavilion at the 4-H Education Center at Auerfarm (Auerfarm) on Saturday, July 24, from 1-4PM. The Blueberry Jam will have music, arts-and-crafts activities, Blueberry Jam-making, and a tasting of farm-picked blueberry dessert. Last year’s Blueberry Jam had hundreds of families spend the day on the farm taking advantage of touring, picking blueberries, and hiking trails on the 120-acre property. Families and individuals are encouraged to explore the farm, visit the animals and pollinator gardens, and pick fresh blueberries at $4 a pint. Auerfarm’s 4-H Club will be selling hot-dogs and drinks, while providing personalized farm-animal barn and garden tours.
Take some time out of your Saturday to spend on the Auerfarm with friends and family while making new friends. Enjoy a friendly picnic with music and hands-on farm-based activities for all ages. There will be seating under the pavilion, however feel free to bring blankets and/or chairs to sit outside of the pavilion. Purchase food or bring your own food. Donations are welcome. No alcohol, smoking or vaping, please. Auerfarm is located at 158 Auer Farm Road in Bloomfield, off of Rte. 185.
