Join Distinctive Ideas for Tomato Fest — a celebration of one of the most beautiful moments of the farming season, when tomatoes are at their absolute peak and the farm is overflowing with late summer abundance.
 
This thoughtfully curated multi-course dinner explores the depth, versatility, and richness of the tomato through elevated seasonal cuisine inspired directly by the harvest.
 
The evening begins with a tomato flight featuring smoked, charred, and confit tomatoes paired with basil oil, black garlic molasses, whipped ricotta, and fresh sourdough — a course designed to showcase the incredible range of flavor this ingredient can offer.
Guests will then enjoy fresh tomato tortellini served with ragu alla bolognese and tomato confit, bringing together comfort, craftsmanship, and bold late-season flavor.
 
To finish the evening, dessert features a citrus honey cake layered with tomato & strawberry glaze alongside house-made tomato gelato — a surprising and elegant finale that highlights the tomato in an entirely unexpected way.
 
Set against the backdrop of the farm as summer begins its transition into fall, Tomato Fest is an evening centered around exceptional ingredients, beautiful hospitality, and gathering together around the table.
