Maple Syrup & Pancake Breakfast- March 16, 2024 

Maple season is upon us and Auerfarm is joining in on the CT Maple Weekend Fun! We’re inviting YOU to celebrate with us at our annual pancake breakfast and maple sugaring demonstration! 

Bring your friends and family to spend a morning at Auerfarm. Enjoy a farm-to-table pancake breakfast with our farm-fresh maple syrup! This year Auerfarm is offering three seatings at 8:30, 10, and 11:30 AM. After breakfast, walk over to our maple trees to learn how we tap for sap, and then it’s off to the sugar shack to watch the boiling process! Afterward, we invite you to tour the rest of the farm, meet our animals, and walk through our Farmstay’s Open House! 

Take advantage of this sweet opportunity to spend time with family and friends, while engaging in New England traditions of Maple Syrup.
