Farm
Farmer and gardener Sarah Rose Kareem radiates warmth as she enters the kitchen at Auerfarm to deliver the day’s produce. Sustainability and public health are at the root of our gardening practices. With a commitment to natural healing and well-being, all Auerfarm produce is grown with care, purpose, and a deep respect for the land.
Food
The heart of Auerfarm becomes the food we grow and serve. The love, care, and dedication poured into raising every ounce of vegetable, herb, and protein is palpable throughout the farm-to-fork journey. Having a meal grown with love, prepared with love, and shared with loved ones creates an unparalleled connection.
Family
At Auerfarm you’ll see Kristiann’s mom in the kitchen as her sous-chef. You’ll hear her son, Mondo’s, laughter and the faint sound of his walkie-talkie as he runs around the farm.
