Auerfarm is excited to announce the 10th Annual Party in Plaid Fundraiser, a farm-to-table dinner celebration, on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. This fundraiser event helps fund Auerfarm’s mission of inspiring children and adults to engage in, learn about, and enjoy agriculture, science, and the natural environment.
The evening will feature a multi-course farm-to-table dinner prepared by resident Chef Kristiann and the team at Distinctive Ideas. Local beer and wine will be served alongside an Auerfarm signature cocktail. Guests can bid on exciting items and Auerfarm experiences during the silent auction, accompanied by live music.
Auerfarm relies on donations from visitors like you to keep our doors open to the public 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM; to continue delivering agricultural education through field trips, enrichment programs, summer camp, and birthday parties; to provide community events and a safe space for all to learn, explore, and connect.
At Auerfarm, we believe in the transformative power of experiential learning. Through animal care, gardening, and sustainable farming, we instill values like responsibility, teamwork, and environmental stewardship in learners of all ages. Your support makes these life-changing programs possible.

A Farm-to-Table Dinner
Chef Kristiann Vargas and the Distinctive Ideas Team work directly with the Auerfarm gardeners and farmers to deliver the season’s freshest ingredients. Ingredients are also sourced from local growers, vendors, and farms.
