Volunteers are an essential part of the Auerfarm team. As a small non-profit organization with 120 acres of land and a broad and diverse visitor population, we rely on volunteers to help us keep Auerfarm running. It is truly through the combined efforts of our volunteers that we can achieve our organizational goal of connecting people, agriculture, and the environment.

Volunteer tasks are incredibly diverse, ranging from daily land maintenance, gardening, and animal care to education and outreach. There are also many opportunities such as animal care, gardening/ landscaping, painting, filing, teaching, designing etc.

We appreciate that every volunteer brings a unique set of experiences and abilities to our organization, and we will strive to guarantee that the work you do is suited to you as an individual.
